Nordina Pty Ltd was established in December 1993 as an investment company. Its primary function in those early days was the leasing of its industrial properties in the Perth area. In more recent times, because of this highly sought after national & international holiday destination and the demand for quality accommodation Nordina has purchased homes in the beautiful township of Exmouth on the Nor-West cape in Western Australia for rental as Holiday Homes.

Exmouth is located approximately 1200 kms north from Perth or about a two and a half hour flight, and is situated on the eastern coast (Exmouth Gulf) of the North West Cape of Western Australia.
Diving & Snorkelling some of the best coral diving in the world. Ningaloo Reef is Western Australia's largest coral reef. It is home to approximately 250 species of coral and 520 species of fish. For a diver, there are few experiences that can compare to swimming on Ningaloo Reef. Dolphins, dugongs, manta rays, huge cod and sharks are all in abundance. At Exmouth you can explore rugged peaks of Cape Range National Park, or stroll along white beaches that stretch for miles. You can explore an underwater kingdom teeming with life, meet up with a whale shark, or simply bask in the glorious year-round sunshine. Excellent information can be found, by a visit to the Exmouth Visitor Centre.
Fishing You won’t be disappointed! With the continental shelf only 12kms off the coast, the North West Cape offers some excellent fishing. You can hire a boat or fish from the beach. Perhaps the best results could come from going on a professional charter. They operate daily from Exmouth. Some species you may expect to catch include North West Snapper, Blue Bone, Coral Trout or Red Emperor. Exmouth is recognised as the premier game fishing area of Western Australia, species such as Black Marlin, Blue Marlin, Mahi Mahi, Spanish mackerel and Sailfish are regularly caught.
